Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
You will be the face for our volunteers - responsible for promoting projects. Engaging them and supporting their involvement within their projects. Coordinating the volunteers rota. Ensure all Application, CVs and files for HR are kept up to date volunteers section. Prepare documentations such as (requesting volunteers, letters & any other requirements). Accommodating them to available stations and seating arrangements. Liaise with team leaders on certain projects that require volunteers. Monitor and track working hours and working progress.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
Research, Writing news and features. (Arabic & English).Building articles and modules within a content management system Joomla. Sourcing and cropping Images. write short passages and identifying photosEnsure website is updated on regular basis. Be able to work alone and use your initiative.Have great ideas but also happy to be directed. Basic experience of using a CMS & Joomla (or willingness to learn). All staff work on site with full training will be given. Write up IFID within Wikipedia & Social Media (Facebook, Twitter & Youtube).
Social Media Coordinator
Hours: (10 Hours) Mondays - Fridays (Hours are flexible; productivity and results are more important than the number of hours worked.)

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
Working with the Project Manager to develop a social media strategy for IFID. Create and update schedule for social media content. Post daily content on all IFID social media channels. Help think of engaging frames, topics and questions to encourage debate on social media. Maintain engagement with existing social media communities, respond to questions and comments. Identify and maximise opportunities to engage with high value individuals who can amplify IFID’s messages. Keep records of all social media statistics, and work with the Project Manager to produce a comprehensive evaluation of social media engagement on a monthly basis.
