MENA Annual Network Meeting
Sharm Al-Sheikh / Egypt April 2013
Sharm El Sheikh/Egypt was home to the SCW 6th MENA Network Annual Meeting organized and held by IFID for its partners in 10 Arab countries around the Middle East and north Africa. The meeting was held for two days 25-26th of April 2013. The 2 day meeting brought together 25 of IFID's established partners across the Middle East and North Africa to discuss achievements, developments and vision.
From the 6th to the 8th of March 2013, The International Forum for Islamic Dialogue organised an introductory workshop to its course Success in a Changing World (SCW) in Basra, Iraq. 19 youth participants from Baghdad participated in the bid to introduce the course to the capital city over the coming year.
United Kingdom 2013 Success In A Changing World
The International forum for Islamic Dialogue held 5 rounds of SCW one day seminars over the period of February, March and April 2013. This was hosted at the Pembridge Hotel in London. This phase of training by IFID was one of the most successful experiences.
The International Forum for Islamic Dailogue was established in 1994 as a UK based non-profit organisation. IFID was founded by Dr Laith Kubba, who served as it's first executive director (1994 to 1998). He was succeeded by Dr Mansoor Al-Jamri, then by Dr Najah Kadhim. IFID's current executive director is Ms Hajar Al-Kuhtany.
